Upper tooth of mandible slightly shorter than lower tooth; clypeus with a transverse subapical ridge; labrum conspicuously protruding; frons punctate, with a medio-longitudinal carina; occipital carina complete; notauli deep and posteriorly convergent; epicnemial carina usually complete, sometimes erased dorsally; fore wing without areolet, vein 2 m-cu opposite or a little distal to 2 rs-m ; fore and mid tarsal claws with an acute accessory tooth near apex; hind tarsal claw simple; propodeum with regular carinae; basal convexity of first metasomal sternite covered with some erect setae; female hypopygium large and triangular, folded in midline and reaching or surpassing metasomal apex; ovipositor tip with faint transverse ridges.
