Diagnosis.
Upper tooth of mandible slightly shorter than lower tooth; clypeus with a transverse subapical ridge; labrum conspicuously protruding; frons punctate, with a medio-longitudinal carina; occipital carina complete; notauli deep and posteriorly convergent; epicnemial carina usually complete, sometimes erased dorsally; fore wing without areolet, vein 2
