Dorsalandventralpartsofidisomawithoutornamentation,. Dorsalandventralsetaeverysmoothandneedle- like. Genitalshieldoffe- malelinguliform, withsmoothsurfaceandwithoutanteriorprocess. Setae h2 smoothandrobust, h1 and h3 similarinlength. Setae ad1 and ad2 uniformin shapeandlength. Description. Female. Lengthofidiosoma 350–360 μm, width 310–320 μm (n=3). Shapeof idiosomacircle, posteriormarginrounded, colorbrown, wholeidiosomastronglysclerotized. Dorsalidiosoma (Fig. 17). Marginalanddorsalshieldsfusedanteriorly. Marginal shieldwithoutornamentation, marginalsetaesmooth, short ( ca 7–9 μm) andneedle- like (Fig. 18). Dorsalshieldneotrichous, dorsalsetaesimilarinshapeandlengthtomarginal setae, dorsalshieldwithoutornamentation, onlysomemusclesscarcanbeseenoncentral areaofdorsalshield. Ventralidiosoma (Fig. 19). Sternalsetae ( St1–7 ) short ( ca 7–8 μm), smoothandnee- dle- like. St1 situatednearanteriormarginofsternalshield, St2 atlevelofanteriormargin ofcoxaeII, St3 atlevelofcentralareaofcoxaeII. Onepairoflyriformfissuressituatednear St1, otheronepairsituatednear St7 . Ventralsetaeshort ( ca 7–8 μm), thinandneedle- likesetae (Fig. 20). Ventralshieldwithoutsculpturalpattern. Adanal setaesimilarinshapeandlengthtoventralsetae, postanalsetaabsent. Onepairoflyriform fissuressituatednearpodofossaeIV (Fig. 20). Pedofossaedeep, withsmoothsurfaceand separatefurrowsfortarsiIV. Genitalshield ca 100–105 μmlongand ca 73–75 μmwide, itsshapelinguliform, with roundedanteriormarginandsmoothsurface. GenitalshieldsituatedbetweencoxaeIIand IV (Fig. 21). Prestigmatidpartofperitremeslongandhook- like, poststigmatidpartshort, stigmatasituatedbetweencoxaeIIandIII. Tritosternum (Fig. 22) withnarrowbase, tritos- ternallaciniadividedintothreebranches. Gnathosoma (Fig. 23). Corniculihorn- like, internalmalaelongerthancorniculiand apicallypilose. Hypostomalsetae h1 longand ( ca 40 μm), smooth. Setae h2 short ( ca 15 μm), smoothandrobust, h3 similarto h1 inshape, butshorter, ca 21 μmlong, h4 marginallyserrateand ca 17 μmlong. Allpartsofcheliceraenotvisible, fixeddigitofcheliceraelonger thanmovabledigitandbearingapointedfinger-likeapicalprocess (Fig. 24). Apicalregion ofepistomemarginallyserrateandapicallypilose (Fig. 23). Palptrochanterbearingventral serratesetae, othersetaeonpalpsmooth, apothele (Fig. 25) withashortsupplementarytine. Legs. Alllegswithsmallambulacralclaws (Fig. 27) andwithsmoothandneedle- like setae (Figs 27–30). Male. Lengthofidiosoma 370-380 μm, width 300-310 μm (n=3). Shapeanddorsal aspectofidiosomaasinfemale. Ventralidiosoma (Fig. 26). Surfaceofsternalshieldsmooth. Eightpairsofsmooth, short ( ca 7–8 μm) andneedle- likesternalsetaepresent. St1 placedneartoanteriormargin ofsternalshield, St2 and St3 atlevelofcentralareaofcoxaeII, St4-St5 atlevelofcentral areaofcoxaeIII, St6 atlevelofposteriormarginofcoxaeIII, St7–St8 nearposteriormargin ofgenitalshield. Positionandshapeofventralsetaeandornamentationofventralshieldas infemale. Genitalshieldoval ( ca 43–46 μmlongand ca 36–38 μmwide), withoutsculptural pattern. ItsituatedbetweencoxaeIV. Thenewspeciesbelongstothe Uroobovellaminima -grouponthe basisoftheshapeandsizeoftheidiosomaandthenumberofthesternaland Figs 21–26. Uroobovellanitida Hiramatsu, 1981 fromNewGuinea, U. cavernosa Hiramatsu, 1979 , and U. okinawaensis Hiramatsu, 1979 fromJapanhaveornamentedgenitalshieldinfemales, butthegenitalshieldofthenewspeciesis smooth. Thehypostomalsetae h2 issmoothandrobustinthespecies U. kozari , butitismarginallyserrateinthespecies U. japanovarians HiramatsuetHirschmann, 1978 , U. japanocrenelata HiramatsuetHirschmann, 1978 fromJapan and U. ceylonivarians Zirngiebl-NicoletHirschmann, 1975 fromSriLanka. Be- sidesthesedifferences, thespecies U. japanovarians and U. japanocrenelata have anteriorprocessongenitalshield, whichismissinginthenewone; setae h1 and h3 areuniforminlengthinthespecies U. ceylonivarians , incontrarythese setaehavedifferentlengthinthenewspecies. Theadanalsetaearelongerthan theventralsetaeinthespecies Uropodavietnamvarians Hirschmann, 1981 from Vietnam , butthesesetaeareuniforminsizeinthenewspecies.
