Comments.
The specimens were collected in both flowing and stagnant areas, in localities up to
398 m
asl. The first record for
Tunisia
is by
Puton (1886)
in northern
Tunisia
(Aïn Draham, Jendouba) under the name of
Corixa transversa
Fieber.
Distribution.
It is a Maghrebin species extending to Sicily (
Jansson 1986
;
Carapezza 1997
).
