Material examined:
Eight specimens collected from site 2 (5 females, 122–154 µm long, and 3 males, 99–111 µm long).
Remarks:
These specimens from our collection clearly have caesti in the alae, and the shape of the alae and the caesti do not match any known species. As in
Batillipes
sp., some structures cannot be correctly observed in the examined specimens, preventing the description of this presumed new species until new material is collected.
