Material examined
:
484 specimens
from the ocean and sea slopes of
Kunashir
,

,
Chyornye Bratya
,
Onekotan
, and
Paramushir Islands
(
30–300 m
)
.
Distribution
: Kuril Islands (
30–300 m
) (
Amano & Lutaenko 2004
;
Kantor & Sysoev 2005
; Matsukuma 2017).
Remarks:
This species was described from
six specimens
collected at depths
54–218 m
off Iturup Island (
Amano & Lutaenko 2004
). Our study has shown that this species is widely distributed all along the Kuril Islands and in a slightly wider range of depths.
