Diagnosis
. MALE. Pronotal collar very short, disc much longer than mesoscutum, without carinae, with elevation wider anteriorly, progressingly narrow behind. Scutellar pits large and wide, without groove between them. Propodeal disc with three strong and complete discal carinae, lateral discal carinae very thick and flat-topped, posterior corner foveolate. Mesopleuron with subtegular and anterior foveae fused and extremely deep anteriorly, central fovea very deep, lower fovea opened above, pleurosternum separated by mesopleuron by elongate fovea. Forewing with costal, median and submedian cell closed, radial vein long. Genitalia with paramere longer than basiparamere, cuspis slightly dilated apically, aedeagus very short, base not reaching genital ring and apodeme not extending beyond basal ring, apex wide and emarginated; basal ring present and short, much narrower than genital ring. FEMALE unknown.
