Redescription.
Adult

). Length of forewing
9˗10 mm
in male. Head and thorax yellowish. Ground color of forewing dark yellowish, costal margin slightly convex medially, with clear a dark discal spot and a dark patch on costal margin, and a diffuse claviform spots, or absent this; cilia yellowish. Hindwing yellowish; cilia pale yellowish. Abdomen pale yellowish.
Male genitalia

Uncus slender, hook-shaped, with small spine at top, almost same length with tegumen; cucullus shark dorsal fin-shaped, apex rounded; distal saccular process tapering to apex, reaching apex of valvae, curved downwards apically, asymmetrical, each one with two sclerotized branches, these branches closer located to each other on right process; basal saccular process stout, finger-shaped, bears stout setea whole of length, left one twice longer than right process; juxta semicircular; aedeagus short, stout, a long process originated from the middle part of aedeagus; vesica without cornuti.
