Mukhopadhya , ex. ‘Leaf litter’; 1 ex, Dehradun, Rajaji National Park , 26.x.2000 , P. Mukhopadhya , ex. ‘ Cowdung’ . Diagnosis : Head pitchy- black, thorax dark brown, with dorsal row of five punctures, both with slight metallic reflex; elytra with coppery and violaceous reflex. Abdomen pitchy black, the posterior margin of the segments distinctly reddish. Antennae ferruginous red, the 2 nd and 3 rd joints blackish. Legs reddish –yellow, the tibiae infuscate. Length 7.5 mm . Distribution : India : Uttarakhand : (Nainital: Lalkua, Chamoli: Garurgaon, Dehradun: Rajaji National Park). Elsewhere : Myanmar .
