(Carolina) ( Massee 1895 ; Kobayasi and Shimizu 1980a , Koval 1984 ; Liang 2007 ). Note. Hosts of the species were generally identified as wireworms or Coleoptera larvae ( Kobayasi and Shimizu 1980a , Liang 2007 ). Shimizu (1997) identified the hosts of the species from Japan and Taiwan as Elateridae larvae.
