Remarks : This specimen collected at San Fernando, Trinidad , by Sir N. Lamont on 22nd February 1922 is unambiguously the holotype . It is illustrated in colour in Pl. XLV: fig. 12 ( Kaye 1925 , Kaye & Lamont 1927 ).
