Reared from nests of Vespa , Vespula , Dolichovespula and Provespa spp. ( Vespinae : Vespidae ); the larva of at least one species has a final ectoparasitoid phase ( Carmean and Kimsey 1998 ) after the initial endoparasitoid phase.
