Diagnosis.
(1) cephalic process black dorsally, strongly curved (
Fig. 4C–D
); (2) tegmina with large yellow spots forming parallel bands basally, clavus and costal area black with three yellow spots at clavus and four spots at costal area (
Fig. 4A
); (3) posterior wings pale blue or milky white basally (
Fig. 4A
); (4) legs entirely dark grey (
Fig. 4B
).

The species was found on an unidentified tree that probably belongs to the family
Ebenaceae
. All specimens were observed near streams, or along the mountain ridge in evergreen forest (
860—1010 m
alt).
