Diagnosis.
Face tawny with dark muscle arcs, or blackened next to antennal ledges, or with indefinite dark area on disc of frons, to entirely black; crown unmarked. Pronotum shallowly declivous, punctate to coarsely, transversely furrowed (

F–G); tegmina densely pitted, often with sinuous grooves, especially on clavi; veins obscure when not outlined with dark dots; pecten of 2nd tarsomere of hind leg with 8 black-tipped spines. No appreciable sexual dimorphism. Ovipositor with 2nd valvulae short, pointed, with 1 low tooth on dorsal surface beyond midlength (
