UMZC I.102850 (1 syntype); NHMUK 1906.5.5.23 (figured by Godwin-Austen; this sample contains 2 Dioryx amphora shells, and a third shell of another Dioryx species). Remarks. Protoconch matte, without spiral striae; R2 with regular spiral striation, and weaker, irregular radial lines; the overall sculpture is weak; R2 very long, reaches 150°, its surface smooth, with alternating narrow light and slightly thicker dark stripes.
