Upper Carboniferous (Gzhelian) ; Russia . DIAGNOSIS. — Reticulate colonies of different shape, with moderately wide and thick branches and moderately wide dissepiments. Autozooecia arranged in two rows on the branches, rectangular to pentagonal in deep tangential section and fabiform in shallow to mid tangential section. Axial wall between autozooecial rows weakly undulating. Both superior and inferior hemisepta present.Low and wide keel with alternating nodes developed (modified after Morozova [2001: 53] ). OCCURRENCE. — Lower Carboniferous – Upper Permian; worldwide. COMPARISON Fabifenestella Morozova, 1974 differs from Exfenestella Morozova, 1974 in presence of low and wide keel with alternating nodes. Fabifenestella differs from Minilya Crockford, 1944 in having rectangular to fabiform autozooecial shape in mid tangential section instead of triangular one.
