Diagnosis.
Propodeum with costulae hardly discernable among rugosities. Pterostigma enlarged, 0.5x wider than long.
Hind
coxa dark reddish. Female with flagellomere 15 quadrate. Ovipositor sheath about as long as hind tibia.
