All parasitic stages have been collected from Artiodactyla : Cervidae , and Lagomorpha : Leporidae ; adults and immature stages have been recovered from Carnivora : Canidae , Felidae and Viverridae ; adults alone have been taken from Artiodactyla : Bovidae and Suidae (Guglielmone et al. 2014, Hou et al. 2014 ). There are no records of Haemaphysalis yeni causing human parasitism.
