The systematic status of this speciesis still very doubtful, as it is known only from the type specimen. It belongs to the
rooseveltorum
species complex;it could be simply a synonym of M.
truongsonensis

M. rooseveltorum

No specific body measurements available. Small-sized, morphologically similar to the Annamite Muntjac. The coat is reddish.
