MZUT AV9448; previously mounted; unsexed adult; captive; from the Royal Zoological Garden of Torino, in 1879. Remarks .— MZUT AV1939 cannot be from Santo Domingo (i.e. the Dominican Republic), because A. vittata is confined to Puerto Rico . We have been unable to discover anything about Mrs Bongioanni.
