Diagnosis. Length 2.5–2.8 mm , about 2.0 × longer than wide ( Bright 1994 ); declivital interstriae bearing minute granules; first fifth of elytral base rugose; striae weakly impressed on the elytral disc. Distribution. Indonesia ( Sulawesi ), East Malaysia ( Sabah ) ( Beaver & Gebhardt 2005 ). Hosts. The type series was collected from a small cut sapling and a large fallen branch ( Bright 1994 ). Presumably mycetophagous.
