Figure 10 Notes:Kurz (1872) based on his collection from the Andaman Islands described the name Lagerstroemia hypoleuca . Furtado and Srisuko (1969) designated type without stating the specimen number as ‘Port Blair, Kurz s.n. : CAL— lectoholotype (flower) & lectoparatype (fruit)’.This constitute the first step lectotypification. Here we designate one of the two specimens CAL0000010206 in CAL as lectotype , which constitute the second step lectotypification following Art. 9.3 & 9.17 of ICN ( Turland et al . 2018 ).
