Remarks.
Vercammen-Grandjean and Langston (1976)
give some morphometric differences to support the status of
L. intermedium daisen
and
L. intermedium hiranumai
as separate subspecies. These differences, however, are not sufficient for discrimination of these forms, as it is evident from the above intervals. Thus, I think that considering them as separate taxa have no reasons.
