Diagnosis.
Mesoscutum with a triangular black mark on posterior half of median lobe; scutellum with lateral carina extending beyond middle; first tergite 1.8× as long as its posterior width; first sternite with pointed hook; ovipositor about 2.3× length of hind tibia.

Remarks.
The female specimen from
Vietnam
has a broader black mark on the ocellar area laterally. Metasomal tergites have black stripes rather than the brown stripes of the
