Pharynx without posterior or anterior bulb. Cupshaped pre-cloacal supplements present. Remarks Synonchiella denticulata Cobb, 1933 , S. ferox Cobb, 1933 and S. siphonolaimoides (Allgén, 1940) were considered doubtful by Gerlach (1964) due to incomplete descriptions. The latter author also transferred S. annulata Gerlach, 1952 and S. orcina Gerlach, 1952 to the genus Latronema .
