Diagnosis
Cuticle without lateral differentiation. Outer labial setae and cephalic setae usually in one circle. Buccal cavity with three equal mandibles made of two branches fused posteriorly; the two branches completely fused in some species (e.g.,
S. rotundicauda
sp. nov.
). Pharynx without posterior or anterior bulb. Cupshaped pre-cloacal supplements present.
