Diagnosis.
Male.
Fore wing
5.3 mm
long. Flagellum with 23 flagellomeres. First flagellomere 5.0 × as long as wide and 1.33 × as long as second. Diameter of ocellus as long as distance between lateral ocellus and eye. Face 1.5 × as long as wide. Notauli strong, weakly convergent posteriorly, bypass middle of mesonotum. Hind femur 3.9 × as long as wide. Correlation between lengths of hind tarsomeres as 23:13:8:5:13. Fore wing with slightly postfurcal nervulus. Hind wing with six distal hamuli. Nervellus almost vertical, intercepted in the middle. Second tergite 1.3 × as long as wide, coarsely striated basally. Paramere triangle in lateral view.

Colour.
Black. Scape and pedicel from below, palpi, tegula, fore and mid legs, hind coxa and trochanters, tibia (except subbasally and apically) and basitarsus yellow; hind femur reddish, darkened apically; pterostigma and flagellum beneath brown.

Remarks.
This species was described from a single female. In the collection of Yeungnam University, we found a male specimen and provide a first diagnosis of the male.
