M [ athilda ]. brocchii O. Semp. Boettger 1902: 155 . Discussion. This species was described by Semper (1865) from the Pliocene of Bologna ( Italy ). Boettger (1902) mentioned it also from Coşteiu des Sus ( Romania ) and Baden ( Austria ) ( Boettger 1902 ). We did not see material of this species in the NHMW collection.
