Diagnosis.
Female
. Body length,
0.71 mm
. Head yellow; eye and ocelli dark. Antenna yellow; scape slightly more than 3× as long as broad; pedicel 1.5× as long as broad; funicle 1.5× as long as broad; clava slightly more than 3× as long as broad. Mesosoma yellow. Fore wing hyaline except an infuscate patch beneath stigmal vein, 4× as long as broad; fore wing disc almost bare except a row of setae on apex of wing; marginal fringe distinctly longer than wing width. Metasoma yellow; ovipositor not exserted, originating from the basal one-third of gaster.

the clava is about 4× as long as broad with a rod-like projection, and the fore wing has a central row of setae distal to the stigmal vein.
