Antenna yellow; scape slightly more than 3× as long as broad; pedicel 1.5× as long as broad; funicle 1.5× as long as broad; clava slightly more than 3× as long as broad. Mesosoma yellow. Fore wing hyaline except an infuscate patch beneath stigmal vein, 4× as long as broad; fore wing disc almost bare except a row of setae on apex of wing; marginal fringe distinctly longer than wing width. Metasoma yellow; ovipositor not exserted, originating from the basal one-third of gaster. Male . Unknown. Distribution . India : Uttar Pradesh Comments . The diagnosis given above is based on the original description given by Yousuf & Shafee (1992) . This species is similar to O . hilaris ( Perkins 1910 ) based on the brief notes and the figures given by Viggiani (1981) , but differs from the latter by having the clava slightly more than 3× as long as broad without a rod-like projection, and fore wing without central row of setae distal to the stigmal vein. In O . hilaris the clava is about 4× as long as broad with a rod-like projection, and the fore wing has a central row of setae distal to the stigmal vein.
