Head
. Antenna with 44 flagellomeres. Terminal flagellomere acuminate. Median flagellomere 1.6 × longer than wide. Malar space long; height of eye 1.67 × vertical distance separating lower margin of eye from mandible. Face finely punctuate rugulose superimposed on coriaceous sculpture, moderately short setose, eyes glabrous. Height of eye: width of face: width of head = 1.0: 1.56: 2.67. Length of face (from dorsal margin of clypeus to anterior margin of antennal socket) 2.15 times width of face. Horizontal length of eye (measured perpendicular to face) 1.5 × horizontal length of head behind eye. Post-ocellar length: transverse diameter of posterior ocellus: shortest distance between posterior ocellus and eye = 1.0: 1.0: 3.0. Frons hardly impressed behind antenna socket, coriaceous with a few distinct longitudinal striations. Occipital region and vertex rugulose superimposed on coriaceous sculpture.
Mesosoma.
1.45 × longer than high. Mesoscutum rugose superimposed coriaceous sculpture; with weak mid-longitudinal ridge on anterior half; notauli weak, impressed only on anterior half. Scutellum with weak longitudinal sculpture. Mesopleuron with fine vertical ridges, precoxal sulcus shallow and complete. Median area of metanotum with strong dorsally protruding mid-longitudinal carina. Propodeum shiny with fine coriaceous, deep mid-longitudinal groove bordered posteriorly by pair of anterior diverging carinae; groove deeper anteriorly with transverse some crenulation; apophyses strong.
Wings
. Ratio of lengths of fore wing veins SR1: 3-SR: r = 4.5: 2.0: 1.0. Lengths of 2-SR: 3-SR: r-m = 1.4: 1.8: 1.0. Ratio of length of fore wing vein m-cu: 2-RS+M = 1.4: 1.0. Apex of hind wing vein C+SC+R with one thickened seta. Base of hind wing evenly setose.
Legs.
Length of fore femur (excluding trochantellus): tibia: tarsus = 1.0: 1.14: 1.2. Length of hind femur (excluding trochantellus): tibia: tarsus = 1.0: 1.24: 1.36. Hind basitarsus 2.08 × longer than sub-posteriorly wide.
Metasoma.
Carapace coarsely rugose; widest at about 0.5 distance from base to apex. Dorsal carinae uniting midposteriorly, bordering a deep medial pit and with strongly protruding lateral lobe. Posterior spines robust, distance of between tips 1.3 times spine length. Ovipositor exserted beyond apex of metasomal spines by approximately length of metasomal spines.
Coloration.
Body brownish-yellow; malar region, half lower gena and fore coxa, ivory. Pterostigma and ovipositor, dark brown; veins C+SC+R and M+CU1 of fore wing, half basal membrane of fore wing, veins C+SC+R and M+CU of hind wing, half basal membrane of hind wing, yellow brown; apex of fore wing and hind wing, dark brown.
