Type locality: Venezuela . Current status: Junior synonym of Rasahus hamatus ( Fabricius, 1781 ) ( Bergroth 1892: 263 , Champion 1899: 217 ). Remarks. As for the previous species, Fallou (1891: 10) didn’t designate a holotype and didn’t mention the number of specimens. Villiers labelled himself these three specimens as “ Syntype ”, added printed labels from MNHN and transferred the specimens from the Fallou’s collection to the general collection.
