MZUT

Magenta
. On
6 October 1867
, Enrico H. Giglioli visited the Museo Nacional de Historia Natural, Santiago, where its Director Rodulfo Armando Philippi and his assistant L. Landbeck presented him with numerous Chilean specimens of mammals and birds, including these two hummingbirds (
Giglioli 1876
).
MZUT
AV19761 was collected by Carlo Regnoli (1838–73), an Italian physician, paleontologist and archaeologist (Anon. 1873,
Natale

. 2006
). The
MZUT
