Note. This species is unknown for us. Seidlitz (1896) compared O. intrusicollis with Odocnemis nigropiceus Küster, 1850 (the tuberculigera species-group) from Greece , which also has elytra without tubercles. The species is described by a female (or females). Distribution. Cyprus . In addition, Odocnemis crenatostriatus ( Allard, 1877 ) was listed from Famagusta ( Cyprus ) by Freude (1952) . But this species is known only by one syntype (studied, collection MNHN) from Cephalonia Island in the Ionian Sea ( Greece ) and its distribution in Cyprus is doubtful.
