CURRENT STATUS: junior synonym of Limosina luteilabris Rondani, 1880 ( Papp 1984d: 100 ) ; junior synonym of Spelobia luteilabris ( Rondani, 1880 ) ( Roháček et al. 2001a: 260 ) . REMARKS: Rondani (1880: 33) described Limosina simplicimana without specifying either the number or the sex of the specimens and not giving a range of lengths, but presumably from more than one specimen because he reported: “ non raro legitur [found not rarely]”. Roháček (1983: 87) designated a lectotype ( ) and paralectotypes ( 1 ♂ , 2 ♀♀ ), but did not mention an additional three females : two in the MZUF and one in the OUMNH (all are paralectotypes ).
