Chelicera normal; promargin of fang furrow with three teeth, retromargin with two teeth. Metatarsi I and II with 2-2 ventral spines, tibiae and metatarsi III and IV with 2 -2-2 ventral spines. Male palp ( Figs. 9-10 ). Tegulum with a tibial apophysis long, fishhookshaped and bifurcated. Coloration and markings. Carapace and chelicerae, maxillae, labium, sternum and legs light brown. Abdomen greyish brown. Specimen examined, 1 ♂ : Kami-kamo, Kita-ku, Kyoto City , Kyoto Prefecture , 29-IX -1984 , T. Kamura leg . Remarks. Both sexes of A. coreana were described by Namkung (1989) from Korea. The male from Japan well agrees with that of the figure made by N a m k u n g . The figure of female by N am kung strongly resembles that of A. montana Hayashi, 1986 , from Japan, but the opening part of epigynum of coreana seems wider than that of montana . This species is new to the fauna of Japan, on the basis of the male specimen.
