This species, originally described from Zhejiang based on four specimens, is characterized and readily distinguishable from all congeners by the five-lobed female tergite VIII. Additional collecting data provided here proves that T. ohbayashii is widely distributed in eastern and southern China . The diagnostic features ( Figs 8–9 , 12 ) of all populations seem of little variation. Distribution. China : Zhejiang , Jiangxi , Hunan , Fujian , Guangdong , Guangxi ( Fig. 12 ).
