Discussion.
Eucallisoma barnardi
is here transferred to its own genus,
Tayabasa
gen. n., on the basis of the cuspidate peg form of the lacinia mobilis, the vestigial maxilliped palp article 4, and the subacute posteroventral lobe on the pereopod 4 coxa.
