First records of the genus Anacroneuria (Plecoptera: Perlidae) from Tocantins State, Brazil and description of a new species

Remarks.
The specimens examined here present a variation in the size as compared to
Bispo
et al
. (2014)
(female forewing:
11.6–12.2 mm
; male forewing:
8.1–8.3 mm
). Additionally, teneral specimens collected (
9 females
and
8 males
) do not present the characteristic distal less pigmented circular area in wings as described in
Bispo
et al
. (2014)
. Egg oval (
Fig. 4C
), 0.23 x
0.33 mm
. This species was previously recorded to
Goiás
State,
Brazil
. In this paper, we provide a new record for
Tocantins
State, extending the distribution of the species.
