Crown slightly produced and broadly rounded apically, with irregular light yellowish patches anteriorly and at both sides of midline. Eyes light brown. Face without any spot or marking; frontoclypeus broad, milky white; anteclypeus more or less roundish, pale yellow; rostrum yellowish. Pronotum pale yellowish, with hypodermal irregular markings; anterior margin milky white; posterior and lateral margins yellowish; scutellum milky white; scutellar suture indistinct. Forewings slender, shiny yellow, more or less unicolorous. Second sternal apodeme in male with posterior lobes well developed, extending to 5th sternite. Male genitalia. Pygofer lobes relatively long, roundly produced caudodorsally, with dorsal margin slightly convex; dorsal appendage lamellate, extending beyond caudodorsal margin of pygofer lobe; ventral appendage long and narrowly pointed apically, with 3 rigid setae at base directed backwards, almost reaching to apex of subgenital plate; subapical teeth absent on dorsal side. Subgenital plates relatively long, with 3 macrosetae on outer surface, and with several microsetae along with upper margin. Styles long, truncate apically, with preapical lobe prominent. Connective with short stem, and with broad median anterior lobe. Aedeagal shaft gently curved and narrowed apically in lateral view, with a pair of denticulate apical processes; gonopore apical, on ventral side. Length. Male 3.4−3.6mm , female 3.6−3.8mm .
