Wrase, 4 ex. SMNS . Remarks: The species was described from „Da-laen-saen near Nong-po“ by Schuster (1926) , who mentioned that this locality lies close to Hong Kong according to K. G. Blair. However, staff of Hong Kong University Library and Hong Kong Public Library are sure that this locality lies in the Zhejiang province close to Shanghai . In fact, John James Walker did collect at Da-laen-saen near Nong-po, near Shanghai . There are many specimens in different publications labelled with this locality for Walker. Therefore, Schuster mistakenly wrote Hong Kong instead of Shanghai . Smetana (2009) listed a specimen of Ocypus ( Pseudocypus ) lewisius Sharp, 1874 , collected by Walker at “Da-laen-saen. Nr. Nong-po” and noted the locality was very likely “Dalei Shan” near ( 45 km SW) Ningbo, Zhejiang . Distribution: Zhejiang .
