Remarks.
Thalerosphyrus
occurs from China through Southeast Asia to India. This genus is originally described from tropical Southeast Asia.
Thalerosphyrus sinuosus
Navas
, 1933seems to be widely distributed in Thailand and adjacent countries (
Nguyen and Bae 2004b
). Larvae of
Thalerosphyrus
are usually the dominant heptageniids in Thai streams as well as those of
Afronurus
.
