The forewing of this species is relatively broad with obtuse apex, more or less round termen; discal stigmata conspicuous, 2nd larger than the 1st one. The female is unknown. Description of venation. Forewing with R4 and R5 stalked; R5 to termen; CuA1 and CuA2 stalked. Hindwing with M2 absent; M3 and CuA1 stalked at 1/3. Male genitalia ( Fig. 15 ). See also Diakonoff (Fig. 598). Basal lobes of uncus broad, ovate, directed outward, with very small median emargination caudally. Gnathos with acute apical part. Valva broad, strongly concave before middle on costa; ventral margin with broad expansion medially; costal margin of cucullus strongly arched bearing long setae along margin; apex more or less acute; two or three rows of short bristles well present along ventral margin; pectinate plate oblique, straight, with irregular length of long combs. Aedeagus very slender, as long as valva, with a subapical spine; cornuti absent. Indonesia ( Papua ). Remarks. The species was described, on the basis of four males. No additional material has been found.
