Eupithecia pamiri Vojnits, 1988 , Annales historico-naturales Musei Nationalis Hungarici 80 : 81, pl. 1, figs 3–5; pl. 4, figs 25– 28. Holotype ♂ (ZISP, examined), [ Tajikistan ]: Pamir merid. occid., Mts. Schachdarensis, cliv. sepir, Fl. Seiojdara, 3250 m (synonymised in Mironov et al. , 2008b ). Misidentification: Eupithecia emittens Inoue, 1996 (at least 1♀ paratype in ZISP). This is a very characteristic species from the “ innotata ” group, occurring from Iran and Turkmenistan (Kopet-Dagh Range) in the west to Mongolia in the east. Very common in the mountain areas of Central Asia, especially in the Pamirs and Western Himalayas. It was recorded for the fauna of Mongolia under the name E. costisignata Dietze by Vojnits (1977) . The male and female genitalia of this species were described and illustrated in de Laever (1960) as E. costisignata . Mongolia (aimags): Bayan-Ulgii, Govi-Altai, Khovd, Uvs.
