[Original description] Diagnosis. Male. BL 4.95–5.10, PW 2.03. Female. BL 5.15, PW 2.04–2.05. General body color dark brown; trochanters, basal half of femora, and exposed portion of connexives yellowish. Venter of head, central region of abdominal sternites II–VI, and posterolateral margins of sternite VII with small black denticles. Forewing with a basal oval white macula, not touching humeral angle and ending adjacent to posterior margin of pronotum; at apex another oval white macula, slightly smaller than basal macula ( Fig. 17 B). Male proctiger without dorsal projections. Paramere elongated, curved on basal half, with a small notch on dorsal surface near base, and rounded apex ( Fig. 16 I). Discussion. This species was recently described based on the macropterous form, collected in regions above 1.000 m a.s.l of Minas Gerais State, Brazil , in the Espinhaço mountain range. Type material examined.
