Paratypes : 22 larvae from H. fertilis , Apodemus sp. , and Alticola roylei (Gray) , PAKISTAN , June–September 1963 , July–September 1964 , coll. R . Traub and J. J. O’Keefe. Holotype is deposited in USNM . Paratypes are deposited in IMR , BMNH , and other depositories. Type material examined. Paratype larva (No 366929-13) currently deposited in ZMMU , from Apodemus sp. , PAKISTAN : Kaghan Valley , Shogran , Makara Mt , 21 September 1964 .
