In Zwick & Sivec, 1980: 120 ; Chandra, et al . 2019: 224; Du, 1998: 393 ; Du et al . 1999: 62 ; Stark & Sivec, 2015: 76 . Male ( Figs. 1–2 ). Forewing length ca. 14.6 mm . General body color dark brown. Distance between ocelli ca as wide as diameter of the ocellus. Head mostly brown, with small quadrate black marking covering ocelli ( Figs. 1 a–b); compound eyes black. Pronotum brown, with scattered darker rugosities ( Figs. 1 a–b); wing membrane brownish, veins brown; legs mostly brown. Terminalia . Posterior process of tergum 7 short and triangular, elevated in lateral view, with several small dorsal and lateral sensilla basiconica ( Figs. 1 c–d). Tergum 8 with median patch of small spines ( Figs. 1 c–d). Tergum 9 with two paramedian patches consisting of small sensilla and long hairs. Hemitergal processes of tergum 10 finger-like, slightly curved ventrally at middle. Aedeagal tube with dorsal surface sclerotized, near midlength the sclerotized area presents two neighboring patches of tiny spines ( Figs. 1f, 1g ). Aedeagus straight after sac being everted and the sac at least 1.5X longer than tube ( Figs. 1e , 2a ), dense spinules occur on most of the surface except the basal third in dorsal aspect and median portion of the ventral portion, apex with a ventral patch and two lateral patches of larger spines ( Fig. 2b ). Material examined. 1 male ( USNM ), Nepal : Bagmati Zone , Nuwakot District , Kakani , 2,030 m , 1980.V.5 , Amnon Freidberg . Distribution . China ; India ; Nepal . Remarks . The uneverted aedeagus of the present specimen is identical to the original illustrations in both dorsal and lateral views (comparing Figs. 2e, 2f and figs. 26c, 26d, Zwick & Sivec 1980 ). We provide the fully everted sac to allow certain identification in future studies.
