Remarks
In the
holotype
male of
S. borneensis
, the carapace is strongly granulate; the nodules are more numerous on the peripheral margin but become more flattened or indistinct in the middle of the carapace. However, in the male recently collected from the Philippines, the nodules are evenly distributed on the carapace (
Figure 1N
). The male palpal morphology conforms well with that of the
holotype
.
Distribution
Indonesia (Borneo, Sulawesi) and the Philippines (new record).
