Diagnosis (modified from Frederiksen 2013b ) Differs from other genera of Prionopetalini by the combination of a side-branching lamella on a long, ribbon-shaped, more or less curled-up telomere, a simple whiplike solenomere with a small loop at the apex and the gonopod coxa apically dividing into a median metaplical process and the actual coxal/ proplical apex.
