Systolederus guangxiensis is not a Systolederus species because eyes not draw to each other in front giving the triangular shape to vertex; vertex well depressed, lateral margins of vertex turned backward and elevated up to upper margin of eyes. It belongs to Xistra Bolívar, 1817 . We have examined the type specimens of Systolederus guangxiensis and Xistra longzhouensis , and found that structures and coloration of the body are the same in both taxa. Therefore, Xistra longzhouensis is here considered a synonym of of Systolederus guangxiensis [= Xistra guangxiensis ( Zheng, 1998 ) , comb. nov. ]
