Body black, without distinct metallic reflections; clypeal margin not incised (cf. Figs 1–2); F3–F5 large, with sensilla (Fig. 3); mesosoma distinctly convex (Fig. 9); pecten occupying about 2/3–3/4 length of hind tibia (cf. Fig. 15); forewing without bare area between R and apical margin, basal cell almost completely pilose (Fig. 20). Male with eyes very large (cf. Fig. 2) and tibial pecten complete (cf. Fig. 16).
