Knysna Forest: Garden of Eden in the rotting wood and leaf mould; Deep Walls Research Hill, south slope, in the rotting logs. Avontuur, Zondagh's boarding house, Prince Alfred's Pass near Avontuur, dry rotting wood. Outeniqua Mts, Topping at the Montagu Pass, under the moss and roots, at ca. 1000 m asl. Jonkershoek Forest. EC : Witte Els Bosch Mts, various biotopes. Storms River, forest. Tsitsikamma National Park. Remarks . Syntype ZMH V-7829. Syntypes SAMC 99, 101 decomposed. Samples BMNH 1938.7.1.1432–1436 mistakenly accredited to Beddard's type material, is the material collected by Pickford from the South Aspect of Outeniqua Mts.
