Haemaphysalis nadchatrami
has been recorded from
Thailand
and
Malaysia
in continental Southeast Asia (
Hoogstraal
et al
. 1965b
,
1972b
;
Wilson 1969
). It has been found on various medium-sized to large mammal species, including carnivores (dog, tiger), bearded pigs (
Sus barbatus
), and domestic stock (horses, buffalo, cattle and pigs). It has also been found on humans (
Hoogstraal
et al
. 1972b
).
